Children must sit within the same section as their accompanying adult. There is no price difference for children’s tickets and no exceptions to this ticket.
Tickets are available online on our website. The Hyatt Summer Concert Series Box Office is only open on the day of the show, 2 hours before doors. Our Box Office is located near the front entrance to the hotel, to the left of the lobby. For Will Call, please remember to bring a proper photo ID.
Yes, when space allows. Upgrades may be available before the show or once you arrive, as long as the ticket type you want is still available. Downgrades are not offered.
Bring your printed e-ticket or show it on your phone when you arrive. We’ll scan your QR code and exchange it for a wristband. Please make sure your QR code is easy to read.

The hotel may search personal bags at the entrance.
Yes, re-entry is allowed with the proper wristband.
Please send ADA requests through the contact form at least two weeks before the concert. That gives our team time to help make your visit as smooth as possible.
We accept debit cards and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Cash is not accepted.
If your card was declined, your bank may still show a temporary pending charge. Most holds are released within three to five business days. For details, please contact your bank or credit card company.
Outside alcohol is not allowed. Wine purchased in the Lobby Lounge may be brought into the venue with a receipt. Glassware is not allowed, and drinks must be transferred into plastic cups.
Yes. Restrooms are available on site, including wheelchair-accessible restrooms.
Yes. First aid support will be available during the concert.
Lost items are handled at the Hotel Front Desk. Ask for the manager on duty and they’ll help you from there.
