WHAT TO BRING

Cameras are allowed (no video, no flash). Please bring a light jacket for the evenings can be chilly. Drinks purchased in the Lobby Lounge may be brought into the venue; we will assist you in switching from glass to plastic at the entrance of the venue. We accept cash and credit card everywhere at the event, including the box office and beverage sale locations.

A seat will be provided, so you do not need to bring a chair or blanket. Please do not bring outside alcohol, glass containers of any kind (which includes wine glasses) or video cameras.

FAQ

Is there a children's ticket policy?

Children must sit within the same section as their accompanying adult. There is no price difference for children’s tickets and no exceptions to this ticket.

Where can I purchase tickets?

Hyatt Regency Newport Beach Box Office starting at 3pm the day of the show unless we sell out prior to that time. Our Box Office is located near the front entrance to the hotel, to the left of the lobby. For Will Call customers, please remember to bring a proper photo ID. You can also purchase tickets through our secure ticketing website. If you have any questions regarding tickets please call the Omega Events Box Office: (949) 360-7800. Are upgrades available?

Upgrading tickets is an option before the event or at the concert, as long we are not sold out of the ticket you want to upgrade to. There is no "down-grading" of tickets. Prior to the date of the concert, please call the Omega Events Box Office at (949) 360-7800 to upgrade to your tickets. The Day of the concert, please visit the Hyatt Box Office located to the left of the lobby to check on ticket upgrade availability.

What do I need to do to be able to pick up my wristbands?

If you selected e-ticket as your delivery method, please print out your e-ticket(s) to exchange for a wristband upon arrival to the venue. Please make sure the barcodes print correctly. If you do not have access to a printer, please have your order number and photo ID ready to be checked at the Box Office.
If you selected mail delivery, you should have received your ticket(s) 1 week before the event. If you did not receive your ticket(s) by the day of the event, don’t stress! Please visit the Box Office with your order number and photo ID ready.

When do the doors open to the venue?

Doors open at 6:00pm. Show times vary. Please check the Schedule Page to verify when the music starts. The concert will end by 10:00pm.

Will I be searched upon entry to the venue?

The hotel reserves the right to search personal bags upon entrance to the concert.

Where can I park my car for the concerts?

Season ticket holders receive Valet Parking included in the price of the season. All other attendees will be charged for parking. If purchased in advance to the concert, Self Parking is $20.00 and Valet Parking is $30.00. Parking will increase by $5 the day of the concert. We do make exceptions for ADA needs.

What should I leave at home?

Can I bring my own wine into the concert?

Bottles of wine may be purchased in our Lobby Lounge and be brought into the venue upon showing the purchase receipt at the entrance. No glassware is allowed and plastic cups must be used. Drinks purchased in the Lobby Lounge may be taken into the venue, and event staff will assist in transferring drinks to plastic cups.

Is re-entry allowed at the concerts?

Re-entry into the concerts is only allowed with the proper wristband.

What forms of payment are accepted at the concerts?

We accept the following payment methods at the concert: cash, ATM/Debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express).

Why did you bill me twice?

If your credit card was declined when attempting to place an order, it may appear on your bank statement as a pending transaction. Some banks and credit card companies place a hold on a pending transaction for a certain period of time (usually 3 to 5 business days) and then release the funds back into your account. If you have any further questions, please contact your bank and/or credit card company.

Are there ATM machines at the event?

Yes, an ATM is located in the Hotel Lobby near the elevators.

Will I be able to buy food and drinks at the event?

Yes, a dinner buffet is offered in SHOR Restaurant starting at 5:30pm each Friday night. The cost of the buffet is $58 per person. The Lobby Lounge also offers small plates and beverages available before, during and after the show. The concert venue also offers a full bar during the show.

Are there restrooms at the venue?

Yes..there sure are! Restrooms are located just inside the hotel lobby.

Are there lockers available?

There are no lockers available at the hotel. Please be sure to secure your personal belongings and do not leave items unattended!

Will there be first-aid on site?

Yes, first-aid will be available if needed.

Is there a Lost & Found?

The Lost & Found is located at the Hotel Front Desk. The manager on duty will be able to assist with lost items.

Does the festival offer disability assistance?
